Important information

  1. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on  their way to you

  2. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sales period when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched

  3. We work very closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

  4. For bulk orders (e.g. more than 10 items), kindly drop us an email at business@twentyeightlane.com as delivery charges may vary.


RETURNS

Please note that Twentyeight Lane’s items are quality controlled and are checked for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. If you have received a defective item, please drop us an email at business@twentyeightlane.com within 3 working days from the day the parcel was received. Please note that all exchanges should be returned to us in its original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.  All items will be inspected on return and will be handled on a case to case basis.
