Q. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase

A. Yes, all customers need to register for an account in order to make a purchase. Having an account with us means you will be able to track your orders, view your past purchases as well as receive our e-newsletters.

You can check if you have a discount code/voucher through your "My Account" page under "My Vouchers".

Q. Where do i key in the discount code to enjoy the discount?

Q. Can I change or amend my order once it has been made?
A. Sorry, but we will be unable to change or amend your order once it has been made.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
A. At Twentyeight Lane, all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. If you have received a defective item, please drop us an email at customercare@twentyeightlane.com within 3 working days from the day the parcel was received. Please note that all exchanges should be returned to us in its original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All items will be inspected on return and will be handled on a case to case basis.

Q. Do you gift wrap?
A. Sorry, but we do not offer gift wrapping services at this moment. All items delivered will be wrapped with bubble wrap and paper, and placed in the envelope.
